This Is Us

Our story begins in Minas Gerais, Brazil’s most celebrated coffee region. More than 100 years ago, our family was among the first green coffee exporters in the area—at a time when specialty coffee was not yet a concept, but passion and perseverance already shaped the work in the fields.

Minas Gerais is at the forefront of Brazil’s shift toward high-quality, specialty coffee. With its diverse microclimates, rich soil, and centuries of coffee tradition, the region produces a wide range of flavor profiles—from nutty and chocolatey to fruity and floral.

Today, producers in Minas Gerais combine heritage farming with modern processing to deliver coffees that are not only consistent and traceable, but also celebrated on the global stage.

From roastery to your customers

Coffee is one of the most complex beverages in the world, with over 800 aromatic compounds—more than wine. Yet many consumers still describe coffee in simple terms: strong, bitter, smooth. The reality is far richer and more nuanced. Most final consumers do not use cupping vocabulary—but they know what they like. Write to us about your preferences and let us assist you in your choice.
